I have a brown belt in Aikido and a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I agree with Jeff, choking someone out is the way to go. Simple, effective and quick.

I don’t know if anyone else picked up this issue and noticed this or not, but I’m pretty sure there’s also a small photo of Jeffrey on the credits page, toward the back (p 93). I couldn’t tell at first because his hair looks like it’s been highlighted or something, but I’m pretty sure it’s him.
I just thought a few people might be interested in that as well.
