A movie about an Oklahoma high school basketball coach filmed mostly in the Clovis area is bound for a big-screen debut in March, according to movie officials.
Filmed locally in October 2004, “Believe in Me” is being courted by several distribution companies, according to its director, Robert Collector. He said a company will be chosen to distribute the film within the next few days.
William Wright, the movie’s set decorator, said the movie will make its theatrical release March 2 or March 9 in conjunction with the annual NCAA basketball tournament known as “March Madness.”
